Risto has been caught by the Germans and locked in the HQ of the navy of the Kaiser, where the wicked Captain Weise threatens to torture him if he won’t reveal the secret identity of Shanghai Devil. The same night Risto has decided to talk, the HQ is attacked by Tai Mien and his Blue Lanterns. Meanwhile, Ugo organizes the stealing of a load of German weapons, to give them to the Boxer in exchange for his father’s freedom. But the British Intelligence is on Ugo’s back. For Shanghai Devil and Tai Mien it’s time to join forces.
