Voices crossing one another in the mind, broken sentences, incomprehensible fragments of feelings, bursts of hate, love and madness in a sort of deafening din. These are the thoughts of other people, of the crowd of living beings that surrounds us without us paying attention — and for the first time now, a man-made machine can pick them up. From this choir of often incomprehensible and always disquieting sounds and images, a call for help stands out clear. The Detective of the Impossible cannot avoid it, but this call will plunge him in one of his most dramatic adventures, where he’ll be chased by conspirators and policemen.
