Angie, Chris Tower, and the Elsewhere base reappear in this adventure in which the Detective of the Impossible has to deal with extraterrestrials, traces of the lost Atlantis, Men in Black, and with an ancient Phoenician. The latter has miraculously survived till the present day, thanks to being ship-wrecked in the waters of the Antarctic, which caused him to go into hibernation.
