A herd of ruthless outlaws – supported by breeders, bankers and by the elders of the Pacific railway company – set fire to the ranches and slaughter the families of the farmers who do not intend to leave their lands. The surviving farmers are thus forced to abandon their farms to barricade themselves among the rocks in the Petrified Forest. Tex and Carson, determined to hinder the speculators’ dirty operation, send smoke signals – repeated by the Hopis’ bonfires – to request Piccolo Falco and Tiger Jack’s support!
