The Alfa agents, helped by amateur meteorologist Sonia Merida, begin to try to figure out what mighty Skotos’s secret plans might be. The impression is that by dint of controlling the weather, Skotos is about to unleash a veritable “great flood” over the whole of the Earth in order to wipe out all forms of life and thereby deliver up the planet to his ominously powerful technodroids. Meanwhile, inside Skotos’s palace, experiments on Neos are continuing. Neos is a technodroid – in fact he’s the first natural technodroid, and having by now reached adolescence he is starting to become aware of his technodroidal powers…
