Finally, Skotos’s plan is clear… clear and monstrous! The fact is that the deranged preacher wants to throw the entire climatic balance of the planet into turmoil so that a new world can rise from its ruins, as terrible as its creator. A world that offers no sanctuary to the mutants of Hell’s Island, on which he has unleashed the hordes of his technodroids.
