Amongst the shadows drifting through the city of Redstone, a sinister figure looms into view: Wynkle Tynkle, the corpse of a clown walking on earth, an angel of death, cruel and wicked, one who exacerbates bitter acrimony among people, to the point of goading them into killing each other.
