LA PORTA DELL'INCUBO Plot and script: Claudio Chiaverotti Artwork: Lola Airaghi
Kent Connely is a desperate boy: his father, Seamus, appearingly is gone raving mad since an year ago. He retreated inside himself and his house, terrorized by the idea of being abducted by the Hearteaters, monster demons, whose tales are told by the desert nomads. Brendon agrees to help Kent but, while staying at the Connelys’, begins to have strange dreams that supposedly connect him with an oneiric world where he meets Judith— the girl appears to be a prisoner in that place, and she looks forward to escape. If it’s true, as the shamans say, that madness is a passage to other worlds, could Seamus’ crazed mind have opened the door to an unknown dimension? The answer could be concealed among the madman’s drawings, or in the rites and sorceries of the town’s self-appointed resident witch, Madame Charigee
