A very modern dam in China is troubled by alarming accidents. To investigate the events, Jonathan and Jasmine Rashad, an expert in magic arts, are called. The managers are convinced that the inhabitants of the district might be responsible, as they are against the dam, after seeing entire towns submerged by the enormous artificial basin of water.
