Mystère comes up against a murderer gifted with second sight which gives him devastating powers. Joining forces with the Detective of the Impossible are an old woman who seems to be dead and a group of “scanners”, human beings endowed with extraordinary mental powers. In the attempt to cross into the dimension parallel to that where the murderer apparently comes from, Martin and Java arrive in Mato Grosso searching for a vertical labyrinth beneath a lake.
