Rope and soap: this is what the enraged crowd gives the wicked Colbert! Having cleaned up San Francisco, now it is the turn of Las Mineras: the ranchero Stan Olson risks hanging for robbery, a victim of the conspiracy planned by Lug Fenton to take away his daughter and the farm. The scoundrel will instead get only a freshly dug grave from Tex. Having joined up with Carson again, Willer discovers that the town of Delmar is being squeezed by the fat banker “Big Ben” Berries and by the shady Rock Hammer; the two, who have corrupted the sheriff and look forward to abundant speculations in view of the arrival of the railway, want to seize the surrounding ranches.
