Tailing a bunch of rebel Yaquis, Tex falls into the clutches of Tom Boker’s criminals and suffers terrible tortures: it will be none other than the Yaquis who save him, suddenly attacking the ghost town where the gang of escaped prisoners had hidden. The Indians are decimated and Boker soon joins them in hell. A while later, having saved two scouts from a cloud of enraged Paiute Indians, the pards find out that the witch doctor, Wovoka, the Red Prophet, is inciting numerous tribes to revolt, promising them invulnerability and the coming of a messiah that will redeem the Indians.
