Proconsular security forces filmed a great flow of persons moving inside Urania, the great orbitating station that inexplicably fell on East City… It's common people that decided to defy the law that forbids to enter the structure; it's a sort of pilgrimage, where they hope their sins will be redeemed and their diseases healed. In the pictures taken by the Proconsular cameras, Nathan sees somebody who's standing aside, a man covered in bandages, a man who shouldn't be there because he shouldn't be alive… Heedless of Solomon Darver's orders, Nathan decides to enter Urania's wreck to find an answer to his questions, to remove his doubts, to seek peace and, maybe, to have his revenge!
