Christine Hornet, a young but outstandingly talented racing car driver, disappears without trace at the wheel of her car, during an important sports event. Linda Jamix, a living legend of automobile racing, is convinced that her daughter’s disappearance is actually an abduction, and she decides to come back out of retirement and sign up for the very same race, the Booman Extreme Rally. This is one of the toughest in the world of four-wheel racing, as the route thunders through a variety of extreme environments that really put the drivers’ skills and the robustness of their cars to the test. Linda gets some assistance in her search: she has Nathan Never and Nicole Bayeux with her, who are working as undercover agents and have gotten themselves included among the Champion’s staff. Nathan’s suspicions soon focus on a mysterious black car, whose driver exhibits skills on the track that have something superhuman about them…
