Maria Ossowiecki is a girl with strong extrasensory powers. A group of unscrupulous men have kidnapped her to get her to examine a mysterious stone sarcophagus recovered after the Second World War in Yemen. On contact with the sarcophagus, however, a new personality possesses her body and induces her to flee. In the mean time, to the amazement of Martin, Java is driven by an unknown force to buy an ancient ( and very expensive) statuette at an auction!
