An invasion of fleas worthy of comparison with the ten plagues of Egypt throws the whole garrison at Fort Ontario into the gloomiest despair... but there are more serious things to attend to: Wobak, the new leader of the Kaiuses, is on a war footing and that’s not all - a mysterious Chinese is on Mister Bluff’s track. The English are ready for everything in order to prevent the sacred gathering of the four tribes from being held, they are even willing to resort to the sinister power of a necromancer, the White Sorcerer. The safety of the Native Americans of the region depends on the results of that gathering. Gufo Triste too, was supposed to take part in the gathering, but the grim figure of the White Sorcerer crosses his path!
