Devil’s Valley is a strange jail: in the open, in which the prisoners are left in a wild state. Zagor has ended up there because of Tom Goodbar, who wants to force the Spirit with the Hatchet to find his son Roy, shut up in the Valley. And he has kidnapped Chico in order to force Zagor to do it!
