Tascosa, Arizona: the wicked bounty killer, Mounty Maker, kills Nahomi, the Apache Hondo’s sister, but suspicion falls on Ray Talberg and Maker deviously pursues him to pocket the reward. While Talberg hides on a ranch, protected by Bessie, the widow Desmond’s daughter, Hondo has found out the truth from an old Indian and sets out on Maker’s heels.
