After a long absence, Zagor and Cico return to Darkwood — but waiting for them in their cabin is Iron-Man! Sam Fletcher has escaped from prison with four shady accomplices and seeks revenge against the Spirit with the Hatchet. After capturing Zagor, he hands him over to Na-Pawa, the corrupt chief of the Cayuga, to be tortured with unspeakable cruelty… Freed by Cico, Zagor prevents Na-Pawa’s Cayuga warriors from slaughtering Tonka’s Mohawks. And it is the Mohawk chief himself who kills the evil Cayuga sakem. Meanwhile, Sam Fletcher and his men have made their way into the Mohawk burial grounds and are on the verge of seizing the vast treasures hidden there…
