His real name is Patrick Wilding, but the Indians call him Za-Gor-Te-Nay, "The Spirit with the Hatchet". On the Old American Frontier of the first half of the nineteenth century, Zagor fights to maintain peace, protect the Indian tribes and hunt down evildoers. Dressed in his unmistakable red Indian-style costume, with the Thunder Bird symbol on his chest, he fights for Justice, using a gun, but above all a stone hatchet that he handles with incredible skill.
