The network of conspirators against the president unravels. In Washington, where the leaders of the plot are gathered in a luxurious den, Allan Pinkerton knocks on their door, presenting the bill. A while later, Nachite and his cousin, Labbro Tagliato, take the train to reach their friend Tex in Canon City, forced to travel on the freight car! The car that carries the two Indians is thus unhooked by some scoundrels and crashes into a ravine! Later on, Nachite’s widow tells Tex that Labbro Tagliato had recognized who was at the head of the slaughter of Pawnees that took place ten years earlier in Mariposa Creek.
