Two wrestlers, Blue Fever and Wolfman, who are touring East City, stand accused of a murder. In order to force the mysterious killer who set them up to reveal himself, Nathan let the wrestlers out of jail—but he will soon find out that setting two bad elements like those two fighters free means to unleash an authentic earthquake on the streets!
