Tex and Carson lead a group of imbecile “tenderfeet” from the East in a hunting expedition, among whom Senator Johnson and Wilson, the president’s grandson. While the pards absent themselves to request the sachem Nuvola Bianca’s permission to cross the Hills of the Wind (given to the Sioux by treaty), Coda Macchiata’s rebels, stirred up by the shady scout, Zanoby, attack the hunters and kidnap Wilson! The purpose is to stir up a war against the Indians: in order to anticipate the rangers’ moves, the evil Zanoby pretends to save Wilson. Somebody, however, has observed the wicked maneuver…
