In the years 1764-1767, a seemingly invincible beast terrorized the people of the French region called Gévoudan. After killing 116 people, the “Bête” was finally killed, but nobody could tell exactly what it was: maybe a giant wolf, a hyaena or “something else”. Year 2010, Canada: in the same area that, just before the appearance of the beast in France, was the theater of the bloody French-English War, a new massacre begins. Is the Beast back? And why now? And why is it on the American continent? The Detective of the Impossible will have to find unexpected answers...
