Martin Mystère rushes to England to help some old acquaintances of his who are in serious danger. It’s a truly English-style group of thieves, gentlemen crooks called “The Aristocrats” that – though living on the wrong side of the law – often happened to help Scotland Yard. But the Aristocrats have now disappeared, abducted by a mysterious foe. Martin is forced to cooperate with the mystery man to save his friends, investigating a strange late-XIX century meeting between John Merrick (the famous “Elephant Man”) and writer Oscar Wilde: Martin will find out the truth about the tale of Dorian Gray!
