A place studded with impossible flights of steps leading to strange doors… behind each of which an adventure lies hidden. We’re in Brendon’s Palace of Remembrance where, beyond the doors, all of his memories jostle to the fore, holding the key to penetrate into the recesses of his past: the story of the pistol, in a flashback on adolescence; disconcerting Tyler, who saved our hero from the fury of the storm, asking him for something even more precious than his own soul in return; a demoniacal dream in which a vampire sucks Brendon’s blood to the point of killing him; the great shadow of a witch, a night of full moon on the misty moors, where a being craving for death is prowling around, a beautiful fairy who flees into a fable-like wood… Stories, creatures and worlds from another era!
