Helligen, the ingenious mad scientist, wants to become the supreme dictator of the United States and, together with Colonel Kraizer, has planned a coup d’etat. One of Kraizer’s men is in Washington, in Congress: he has taken a television screen, thanks to which Hellingen and Kraizer can communicate with the President. And, in the meantime, Helligen’s missiles bomb the capital. Only Zagor can save America!
