Zagor finds himself side by side with the Cherokees along the tragic Trail of Tears, the road to exile that the Cherokee people were forced to take when, at a certain point in history, they were deported from their ancient homeland and banished to uncharted and inhospitable territories. To try to save them, the Spirit with the Hatchet even goes to the White House, to speak to the President… but then immediately afterwards he sets off for the Frontier, determined to catch up with the long convoy on the trail to exile, which is being threatened by unscrupulous men. An epic account with dramatic events flowing from adventure to adventure, with historical reconstruction and even a touching love story… just like in the best transatlantic movie colossals!
