Mister No returns to Bahia and sees the beautiful Miranda again, who hasn’t lost her habit of getting Mister No into trouble. Miranda’s man, Helio, is in contact with a secessionist organisation, led by Colonel Guimaraes, who wants to found the state of Novo Sertão. They are keeping alive the memory of the mythical Cangaceiros, and have taken possession of the head of Lampião, the legendary “King of Sertão”!
