The murder of Peter Langley, who works as the overseer for cattle raiser Bill Foreman, has fanned the flames of the apparently placated feud between the Foremans and the Ricardo Montez clan. What triggered this fresh outbreak was the presence of a mysterious killer who hides behind the unassuming guise of Mister Cox. The infallible sniper has continued to reap victims among the wealthy Texan rancher’s men and, predictably, it hasn’t taken long to set Foreman’s fiery young son seething with fury. Charlie has sworn revenge and, accompanied by other cowboys who work for his father, he is about to unleash a rain of lead on the Montez estate. Only the intervention of Tex and his three pards can avert a bloodbath and shed some light on the intrigues concealed behind this renewed explosion of violence between the two families.
