Having averted the umpteenth attack of the robbers that harass Pat Mac Ryan’s peaceable gold digger friends in Nameless Town, the pards go to nearby Georgetown to investigate, discovering a thick network of accomplices that the sheriff is also part of. Returned to the mining center, Tex and Carson learn that a group of masked vigilantes has struck, killing and burning, to induce the honest miners to abandon the gold concessions. And while suspicions fall on Grayson, the banker’s beautiful and faithless wife plots with her lover, Steve, of the Behan clan!
