The charming Mavis Kimbaugh, sister and accomplice of the bandit Ned, is the owner of a Rock Springs gambling-den, the Lady Luck. Captain Taylor, head over heels in love with Mavis, betrays the army for her beautiful eyes, blurting out the soldiers’ movements to the fascinating woman’s brother or throwing the patrols off track, so that the scoundrel can empty all of the banks that he wants to in peace and quiet. All the pards together dismantle the infamous plot and prove the innocence of the quarrelsome Pat Mac Ryan, who has by chance ended up a victim of the Kimbaughs’ shady machinations!
