Lungo Coltello, defeated in a hand-to-hand fight, tries to stab Tex by treachery, paying for his cowardly action with death. A while later, a ferocious band of thugs escaped from Bombay with the cruel Raymangan, terrorizes the forest of Brazoria and the United States coasts of the Gulf of Mexico, kidnapping young girls to sacrifice to the goddess Kalì and alluring ships to the rocks in order to plunder them, after having strangled the passengers. The pards, arrived in Galveston for the investigations, are tailed by the mob of Captain McMurdo, a shady smuggler in cahoots with the stranglers.
