Aided by two police officers loyal to Montales, Tex slips in to the reception in honor of the American Secretary of State, just in time to prevent the dynamite attempt set up by General Valasco’s gang. By now done for, the glacial German killer gets revenge by throwing a bomb at his principals. A while later, in Amarillo, the Mano Rossa reappears! A Pinkerton agent who investigates the band under the false guise of a “Morning Star” journalist, is slaughtered and the murderer lures Tex into an infernal trap.
