New Orleans, gripped in silence, has become unlivable because of an underworld racket, the River Band, led by the evil Rod Rever, gambler and owner of a couple of boats, accustomed to threatening and extorting money from the small river boat owners. Tex and Carson, after having eliminated many of the members of the dangerous gang of blackguards, sink Rever’s den, the boat Florida, a floating gambling-den full of sheep to be fleeced, with a shower of dynamite. New Orleans breathes pure air again!
