A black hood hides the horrible disfigured face of the scientist, Friederich Steiner. The scholar is now the sachem of the Ghundars, Indians mutated by the radiation emitted by an old rocket of reptile-shaped aliens landed on Mount Rainier, and now the madman threatens the pards, his prisoners. But the disquieting kingdom of death founded by Steiner is destined to collapse! The following summer, the Apaches are about to be deported to Florida on a military convoy: Tex and Carson come to an understanding with Geronimo and Ulzana to stop the train of shame.
