Billy Conner is the brat of a wretched family of plunderers who became outlaws after the Civil War had reduced them to destitution, and he is running away with a rich bundle: Tex and Carson must reach him before the infamous Sam Garner, a renowned bounty killer, gets his claws into him. The bounty killer is, in fact, willing to do absolutely anything to collect the rewards and he doesn’t hesitate to torture old people, women and children to obtain the necessary information: this is why he must be stopped!
