Something terrible happened many years earlier in far away Borneo, setting loose a mad murderer in Tex’s Far West: the investigation into the demoniacal head cutter ends with a big surprise! A while later, the Rangers’ headquarters entrust the pards with investigating in Texas City: the Mexican, Don Manuel Espinosa, has thrown the town into violence and intends to control all of its saloons. Tex, under false pretences, presents himself as the rival of the local boss, stirring up the ire of the ruthless Wang and of the Chinese sect of the Drago Nero with which Espinosa is affiliated.
