A hospital, a city of small and great sorrows. Dylan Dog and Madame Trelkovski are prisoners in a bewitched building, and nobody can get out from the disturbing AS pavilion, closed up for ever in the blackest darkness. It jealously watches over its involuntary guests, a sorrowing mankind that is locked in a desperate struggle, is writhing and screaming to get free, only to resign itself… They patiently await the inevitable Apocalypse!
