In Paraguay, in Venezuela, Mister No is forced by the corrupt local authorities to be the pilot for Norton, an executive of a powerful petrol company. But some terrorists blow up an oil well in Santa Elena de Uairen. To put out the fire, they have to transport nitro-glycerine by truck to the flaming well. Mister No leads the suicide expedition!
