Maria, Madalena and Irene, friends of Mister No’s, have opened a bar at Belèm, Besides Mister No there is only one customer, a candidate for the government office, who has a relationship with Madalena. But when he treats the women badly, Mister No intervenes and his fate is sealed: the politician’s bodyguards chase him and he escapes on a cargo ship bound…for Africa!
