Patrick Moore, an important American atomic scientist, has left the States and has gone to Brazil, to join the sect of the “Risen from the Dead”. The CIA make use once again of Delia (who pretends to have been kidnapped by the “Risen from the Dead”) to persuade Mister No into finding Moore. The pilot comes up against an old acquaintance, O Bispo, and meets Moore. But this time it will be Mister No who plays a trick on the CIA…
