Hassler, an ex Nazi colonel, hires Mister No and Esse-Esse (who was his commander during the Second World War) for an expedition with the objective of studying the caimans of the upper Rio Deminì. Mister No is approached by an American secret service agent, who hints at a “mission”, without however being able to explain what kind. For someone kills him….
