The rebuilding of the city by Atticus Kane and Imperium Enterprise goes on. Meanwhile, the investigation of Agenzia Alfa about citizen Kane stumbles, as the “shadow government” of the Pretorians becomes more and more powerful. President Abraham, worried by the presence of an ESPer woman on the Martians’ side, asks the Alfa Agents and Kay for help to find Resya, leader of the telepath Sisterhood, and include her in the investigation.
