Thanks to Senator Wayne, the Margin, a long-disputed territory on Earth, seemed to finally enjoy a time of peace. The killing of Wayne and the rise of Ralph Stonhenge created a situation, unleashing a new wr between the Earth Federation and the rebels from the Margin. In their base in Hotel Esperanza the rebels find Nathan Never, who took the place of the cook Deiguin, a rebel spy who died during a bombing. The Special Agent Alfa, helped by Lisette, a young woman with a mysterious past, will have to shed light on the shady plans of Commander Stonhenge, who holds the key to access old nuclear weapons!
