Alice, the young girl Nathan saved during the devastation caused by the fall of Urania, becomes friends with Randy, a strange character: he's an orphaned and misshaped child who lives in the worst part of Sub City, where he dreams to someday become “the world's greatest magician”. After a while, Alice suddenly disappears, forcing the Alfa Special Agent to search for her in the bowels of the City, where he'll find himself in the middle of a no-quarter war between gangs of dope dealers and ruthless killers.
