Upon his return home, on a damp misty evening, Solomon Darver, the director of the Agenzia Alfa, becomes an eye witness to a murder: just as he is looking out of his bedroom window, he sees a person being murdered in the apartment opposite. His childhood friend and neighbor Damien Lane has killed his girl-friend Alyssa in cold blood! But an inspection at Lane’s home, only moments after the murder, turns up nothing at all and Alyssa’s body has vanished into thin air. So what really happened?
