There’s going to be an important conference, which will feature the presence of the five most famous investigators in the world, and Legs is among them, even if it’s only thanks to Darver’s insistent requests. But misfortune befalls the curious meeting: the official patron of the project, Sir john Carr, is found dead in a room that’s locked on the inside. While the investigators are trying, with the aid of intuition, to solve the puzzling crime, further murders are committed, killing, in this order, Carr’s house-keeper, Carr’s butler and the conference organizer... And this is just the beginning!
