Someone is threatening the small dragons that live in East City: after killing them by raining blows on them with a sharp blade, whoever it is cuts their head off as a sort of macabre trophy. When Bailey, Abigail’s boyfriend, is killed – Abigail is an old flame of Harvey’s –the Agenzia Alfa begins to look into the case. Legs and May investigate with the help of Dr. Amanda Cross, a :psychiatrist who happens to be an expert on serial killers; what Amanda Cross thinks is that the murderer kills because he is convinced he’s the reincarnation of Saint George… and his next victim might actually be Harvey himself!
