A stone with inscriptions on it that have extremely important scientific implications lies off the coast of the small island of Naushon, but if recovering the stone doesn’t seem to involve any great difficulty, the same cannot be said of the fate of Martin and Java, held prisoner by the sinister Mr Kobe on the island itself. Freeing them won’t be a problem... But how is Professor Mystère to be extricated from the conviction of being the mythical Odysseus?
